Kethel chicken

Would make one a repeated customer as the hotel is open for three generations and. I had the chance to try Kethel chicken years back and by far I had it times when I visited Kollam. Since then I was trying to prepare Kethel at home. After few trial and errors I have come up with this perfect Kethel Chicken Recipe which is very similar to it.


Chicken pieces are marinated in naturally available spice mixture and deep fried to a golden brown color. Kethels Chicken is unique and special with young delicate birds selected for the preparation.

They fry it with coconut oil and the flavour of the oil and chilly is awesome. They serve it with either ghee rice or chappati and lime juice. A must try restaurant and you will love it.
